1. Open Access Statement
TNUAA transitioned to an open access journal under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license in 2023. From the first issue of 2023, all articles published by TNUAA are available as open access works. Upon publication, these articles are immediately and permanently accessible to all users free of charge via the journal's official website.
The journal adopts the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) license. This allows users to copy and distribute the journal's open access articles in any medium or format under the following terms:
When copying and distributing the open access articles published in TNUAA, users must give proper attribution, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes have been made to the original article. Attribution can be done in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the journal endorses the use. The articles cannot be used for commercial purposes. If the articles are remixed, transformed, or built upon, the modified articles may not be distributed. For more details on this license, please visit:
https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/
2. Copyright Policy
After a manuscript is accepted by TNUAA, all authors of the manuscript are required to sign a "Copyright Transfer Agreement". Under this agreement, the authors transfer the copyright of the article (including, but not limited to, the rights of reproduction, distribution, information network dissemination, broadcasting, performance, translation, compilation, adaptation, etc.) to the editorial office of TNUAA. Once the article is published, the copyright belongs to the editorial office of the journal. Therefore, the editorial office will have the right to publish and use the article in all forms, including but not limited to:
(1) Electronic publishing, multimedia publishing, online publishing, or any other form of publication of the article.
(2) Licensing the above-mentioned rights to third parties, allowing domestic and international literature retrieval systems and databases to index and collect the article's data, and permitting them to publish the article across various media. When submitting the article to domestic and international databases and retrieval systems (including print, CD-ROM, and online versions), the author's consent will not be sought.
The copyright transfer fee is included in the remuneration paid to the authors by TNUAA and will not be paid separately.
3. Author Rights
After an article is published in the journal, the author(s) of the article have the right to use the article under the following circumstances:
(1) Reproducing, distributing and using the article under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license, such as using it for non-commercial academic communication, presentations, and lectures.
(2) Using the article to apply for patents.
(3) Using the article for other activities permitted and approved by the editorial office.
4. Archive of Past Issues
Since the first issue of 2023, all articles published by TNUAA are open access works under the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 license. After publication, these articles are immediately and permanently archived on the official website of the journal.
Articles published in 2022 and earlier were released under a non-open access model, and are therefore not open access works. Among these articles, those published in recent years are archived on the journal's official website and are available to readers for free full-text download (see Archive). However, older articles are not yet archived on our website. Readers can obtain the full texts of these articles by visiting databases such as CNKI (https://www.cnki.net/), where the articles are available on a paid basis.
5. Author Self-Archiving
TNUAA allows authors to deposit all versions of their articles in an institutional repository or other knowledge repositories of their choice. However, it is required that the repository entries indicate that the article was originally published in TNUAA.
