In order to ensure the smooth operation of the review process and the benefit of our reviewers, TNUAA charges a review fee of 300 RMB per manuscript. This fee covers the costs associated with the peer review and final review processes.
Once a manuscript passes the initial review, the author will receive an email notification regarding the review fee. The email will provide payment instructions and include a "Review Fee Information Form" that the author must fill out. The form requires details such as the invoice title and mailing address. After completing the form, the author must return it to the specified email address.
The manuscript will proceed to the peer review stage once the editorial office receives the review fee.

Before the official publication of an article, authors are required to pay an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 350 RMB per page. After receiving the APC notification email, authors should complete the payment according to the instructions provided in the email and fill out the attached "APC Information Form". The form requires information related to invoice issuance, mailing address, and remuneration receiving details. Once filled out, the form should be returned to the specified email address.
The standard printing format for articles is black and white, meaning all color figures in the original manuscript will appear in grayscale in the printed version. If authors would like the printed copy of the journal that they receive to be in color, they need to pay an additional fee of 200 RMB per copy for color printing.
